Rated on a scale of 1-5. 1 being very poor and 5 being excellent.
It is great. The only
complaint I would have is that
there is a washing machine
that leaks.

they had a parking garage

It is a great experience,
especially now that The time
group has taken over.

Thanks so Much - Time Group.
My mother and I needed move to
another apartment which would
meet our needs as her mobility
issues seems to increase. I
informed the management of the
situation and they are working
with us to help us transition
into another apartment
expeditiously. Words cannot
express how much appreciate
the timely attention regarding
this matter. My interactions
with staff are always good
because the staff is very
professional and always give
100% in Exceptional Customer
Service!

Hello, I am a resident of
almost 2 years, and I LOVE the
QAB. I chose the QAB because
my mother recently survived 2
strokes so I wanted her to be
close to John Hopkins
Hospital, the best hospital in
the nation, according to
reputation. I work for the
government in DC and I am a
Social Worker. I know how
important the home environment
is for one's recovery. The
front desk Rep. Alex is most
professional, and the QAB
Engineer, Ray is exceptional.
I am a very happy resident
here because as WPM
transitions into the QAB; my
mother and I are already been
convinced that WPM cares
about their residents. At this
juncture in my life, that
means a lot. My mother has
pastored over 20+ years, Just
know there is, and will
continue to be "a whole lot of
praying" going on here at the
QAB. God Bless us All, Vickie

QAB is a pretty good deal.
The unit I live in is laid out
very well for a two bedroom
apartment. My roommate and I
feel like we each have enough
space and aren't always in
each other's way. Midtown/Mt.
Vernon is a fun area and, if
you're a Hopkins grad student,
there is a shuttle stop at
Penn Station that will take
you to the lab.
